downloading the app and logging in.

I don't have a login ID. How can I use the app?

When BDApp is installed in your building, the installation technician will provide an admin account. Please ask the person with the admin account to add you as a user. To add a user with the admin account: 1) tap the information (ⓘ) icon at the top of the screen, then 2) on the screen where the building information is displayed, tap the user icon to add a new user. When a new user is added, an invitation text message will be sent to the phone number entered during registration.

I did not receive the invitation text message (SMS) when I was added as a user.

To resend the invitation text message, cancel the invitation with the admin account and re-register the user. The invitation text message will then be resent.
